Design is the first ingredient in every experience we curate. We believe that before a guest ever tastes the food, they must first “taste” the room with their eyes. This is why Santa Maria is built on a philosophy we call Luxury Minimalism. We intentionally chose a palette of deep charcoals and obsidian blacks to create a canvas of shadows—a void where the outside world simply ceases to exist.
To cut through this darkness, we use Vertical Gold Lines and precision lighting. These aren’t just decorations; they are beams of intentionality that guide the eye and elevate the mood. However, the true centerpiece of our architecture is the use of Dark Glassmorphism. These frosted, blurred surfaces act as a psychological boundary. They allow the vibrant energy of the kitchen and the bar to filter through as soft, glowing shapes, yet they provide an invisible shield for your intimacy.
